We can add interest, fun, and learning to training workshops and team building sessions through the inclusion of a Survival Simulation. When using these simulations teams of people must work together to ensure they will survive a life-threatening situation. Videos are provided to enhance the simulation and to add realism, with subject-matter experts supplying and explaining the rationale for why certain items are ranked in a particular order of importance for survival.
In the debrief participants learn the importance of: ·team diversity ·use of good listening skills ·applying a problem solving and decision-making model ·team interaction
We use the range of Survival Simulations supplied by Human Synergistics. These include:
Sub-Arctic Survival
